Recycling verification is a
program that we issued to help our clients keep track of
their recycling. This program includes all
reports and services listed below. Recycling
verification is $1.50 per serial numbered item turned
in.
Inventory
Report:
Includes product make, model, description,
serial number, date of pick-up, and pick-up location.
All items with a serial number are reported.
Sanitize Log
Reports:
Every hard drive that we performed a secure data
removal wipe will have a report. Each report will
have the serial number and asset tag of the machine that
it came out of.
Recycling Audit
Report:
This is a end of the year recycling report
totaling the gains and expenses of a recycling project.
This report will include all issued serial numbered
products, positive and negative recycling costs,
shipping expenses, and report charge expenses.
Destruction
Certificate:
All items including damaged hard drives that
have been broken down and recycled will be reported.
Each product report will include make, model, serial
number, and date of destruction. |
